Onsite Work Terms and Conditions
- Customer must supply necessary usernames, passwords, ISP details (email etc.) or time spent and hence billed will obviously increase
- For some services customer must have a working Internet connection as this will be required to download software, setup email etc.
- Computers and specifically software are sophisticated and complex products and in instances the most simple of tasks can go badly wrong due to no fault of yours, the KCS engineer or any specific software vendor (e.g. Microsoft). A quick Internet search of “Norton won’t uninstall returns about 203,000 results” In instances such as this you will be advised of an appropriate solution to the problem and will be given the option of resolving any issue in this manner.
- By logging an onsite you commit to paying for the time spent performing the onsite work
- Your KCS Engineer will always advise you of the time the work is expected to take or if any and will keep you informed of progress while performing the work
- Unless you have Account Terms with KCS Total Solutions Ltd all onsite repairs are payable on a COD basis. Payment can be taken by all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards and American Express Cards.
