Our remote support help desk is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and contacting our help desk could not be easier, you can do this by calling, emailing us or by using our webpage to get hold of us.

KCS are supporting the following areas remotely: Berkhamsted, Watford, St. Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Dunstable, Chesham, Tring, London, Aylesbury, Harpenden, Abbots Langley, Kings Langley, Chesham and Amersham. If you are not in these areas please give us a call as we can remotely support you from anywhere in the world!

We can repair a host of problems via a remote session and large majority of these are repaired within 12 Minutes. Charges are billed in 6 minute increments at a cost of £7.50 per 6 minutes (Excluding VAT)

Where faults cannot be resolved remotely we also have an onsite service that you are able to use.
