Give your KCS Support Agent the ID Number

Mac Remote Support - Help:
Once downloaded follow the instructions and double click on the TeamViewerQS download, select open and then give your KCS Support Engineer the ID and Password displayed in the TeamViewer Quick Support Window.
You Support Agent will advise you of Support Charges which vary according to your relationship with KCS, the task at hand and the time taken.
All charges are Exclusive of VAT
By using KCS Remote Support you can allow a KCS support engineer to access your computer and assist you remotely while you watch. All access is under your control and you can end a support session at any time by closing the KCS Remote Support box. After the support session your computer is no longer accessible unless you re-run the KCS Remote Support application

Encryption
The Internet coupled with Remote Support technology has revolutionised the ability we have to support you remotely. KCS has been using TeamViewer (which we call "KCS Remote") a Remote Support product used by over 60,000,000 users world wide to securely and non-intrusively support our clients for over 3 years.
TeamViewer includes full encryption, based on RSA private-/public key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding. This technology is based on the same standards as https/SSL and is considered completely safe by today's standards.
The key exchange also guarantees a full client-to-client data protection. This means that even our routing servers will not be able to read the data stream.
